New Jersey Short-Term Drug and Alcohol Treatment

Is it best to attend Short-Term Rehabilitation far from Home rather than close to home?

It is always best to attend a drug rehabilitation center that is in another place from one’s environment, rather than in it. There can be too many distractions and temptations within an addict s current environment. Addicts can see more success if they can be in a distraction-free environment, and put all their focus and attention on their rehabilitation and treatment. This process can also help an addict transition into an effective aftercare program within a different environment.

The U.S. has over 14,000 treatment facilities, with more than 2.5 million persons having received treatment. Cost for treatment can be a major hurdle, which keeps people from seeking the help they need. As a non-profit foundation, Cenikor has a long history of working with clients, with insurance providers, and with government agencies to find a path to recovery. Cenikor is proud to offer high-quality, affordable care with a variety of payment options from government funding, sliding scale payments, private insurance and private-pay. Our financial prudence and transparency have allowed us to thrive when other similar facilities are unable to meet the needs of their clients and communities. Each day, the Cenikor staff and Board are guided by fiscal efficiency and unified in compassion.

Our legacy of positive growth and change fuels what we do daily. Like our clients, our history is a chapter in our story of growth and continual improvement. Cenikor has great pride in the various accomplishments, accolades and awards we have received during our years of service. Each accolade, be it from a former U.S. President or a Cenikor client, is a positive reflection of our commitment to excellence year after year.
