    LEMON DRINK for your Master Cleanse
    you need:
    * 2 tablespoons FRESH squeezed lemon or lime juice (approx. 1/2 lemon)
    * 2 tablespoons genuine organic maple syrup, Grade B (the darker the better)*
    * 1/10 teaspoon (a small pinch!) cayenne pepper, gradually increase (the more
    BTUs the better)
    * 300 – 500 ccm (10-14 oz) pure water
    In a 300ccm (10-ounce) glass (to allow for 227ccm and mixing room): 2 tablespoons fresh (and organic, if possible) lemon or lime juice (absolutely no canned or frozen juice). 2 tablespoons real (and organic, if possible) grade B or C maple syrup. (Don’t use Grade A maple syrup or maple-flavored syrup. They are over-refined, which means that they are mostly refined sugars and lack essential minerals.) A small pinch of cayenne pepper (to taste). Spring or purified water, between room temperature and medium hot (but not cold) � fill to 1/4 liter (8 oz). Mix all the ingredients by thoroughly stirring or shaking, and drink. Or, in two 1 liter bottles: Juice of 3 lemons, divided equally between the two bottles (about 85ccm or 3 oz per bottle) An equal quantity of grade B or C maple syrup in each bottle (about 85 ccm or 3 oz per bottle) A pinch of cayenne in each bottle Spring or purified water (fill bottles to the top) Mix all the ingredients by thoroughly shaking; then drink throughout the day. Use fresh lemons or limes only, never canned or frozen lemon juice. Use organic and vine ripened when possible. Also, mix your lemonade fresh just before drinking. Don’t mix it up in the morning for the whole day. You can, however, squeeze your lemons in the morning and measure out the 2 tablespoons when needed.

    * YL Clinic says you can use Agave instead of the maple syrup. Tom Woloshyn (who studied with Stanley Burroughs himself) disagrees. Clinic says if you have diabetes or hypoglycemia, use molasses. If you feel weak or have a sugar imbalance you can add a scoop of Power Meal. Or you can try Master Amino Acid Profile (MAP) for protein without any residuals or strain on the body.

    SALT WATER FLUSH:
    Drink an oral salt water enema upon arising. To do this, add 2 level teaspoons of uniodized sea salt to a quart of lukewarm water (the one-quart juice bottles in which most organic juices come work very well). Shake well, then drink the entire quart. It’s also good to massage the colon as well. Make sure you use uniodized sea salt; regular or iodized salt will not have the same beneficial effect. This oral enema will flush out your entire digestive tract and colon from top to bottom, usually within an hour, prompting you to eliminate several times, clearing out the plaque and debris from the walls, and the parasites that have been living there.

    Lemonade Drink:
    Drink the lemonade mix every 1 to 2 hours. Take no other food, but do be sure to drink plenty of purified water in addition to the lemonade drink. Drink as much of this lemonade as you want, but make sure that you drink at least twelve 1/4 liter (8 oz) glasses. The lemonade contains all the vitamins and minerals you need. This can be combined with supplements for colon cleansing such as Bentonite or Psyllium Seeds. You don’t have to start your fast on the morning of the first day. You can begin later in the day, even if you’ve already eaten. Once you begin, however, eat nothing more while you’re on the fast. It’s also a good idea to read Stanley Burrough’s book, The Master Cleanser. Note: Diabetics, refer to the special instructions on page 19 of The Master Cleanser.

    Note: Bentonite is the only product known to remove plaque from the walls of the intestine and colon. The plaque in your stool will look like egg shells on the outside of the bentonite “gel.” Bentonite works most effectively when the colon is empty of food. It grabs the plaque which has been loosened by the lemon juice and the resting/fasting process. The salt water enema pushes out the bentonite gel and the plaque and debris that is stuck to it and in it. The salt water further cleanses the walls as it passes through, resulting in shiny clean walls.

    Herbal Laxative:
    Each evening you can drink an herbal laxative tea to help with elimination, do this right before bed time.

    GOING OFF LEMONADE FAST
    Burroughs recommends a minimum of 10 days on this. You can safely do 40 days or more.
    First Day: Start with 4 oz. [1/8 liter] fresh squeezed orange juice mixed with 4 oz. water. If it goes well, drink several more 8 oz. [1/4 liter] glasses of fresh orange juice during the day. Sip slowly. Dilute with water if needed.
    Second Day: Drink several 8 oz. [1/4 liter] glasses of orange juice during the day — with extra water, if needed.

    In the evening make a vegetable broth (no canned soup). Use seasonal leafy and root vegetables such as: beets and beet tops, turnips and turnip greens, kale, carrots, onions, parsley, celery, potatoes, okra, one or two inds of legumes, squash, beans, a little salt, cayenne pepper and dehydrated vegetables or veg. powder may be added for flavor (no MSG or hydrolyzed protein).
    Cook lightly. Drink the broth, eating only a few bites of the vegetables.
    Third Day: Orange juice in the morning. At noon have some more soup with some of the vegetables. No meat, fish, eggs, bread, pastries, tea, milk, or coffee. For Dinner, have the vegetables in the soup.
    Fourth Day: Orange juice or lemon and maple syrup in the morning. Fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts for lunch. Salad or fruit for dinner.
    Fifth Day: Eat normally but no junk food, dairy, tea, coffee, white flour or white rice, heavy animal proteins. If, after eating is resumed, distress or gas occurs, go back to the lemonade diet for a few days until the system is ready for food.

    Job Duties of a Human Resource Clerk

    The responsibilities of a human resource assistant can vary depending on the size of the organization. Large corporations may have tiered human resource positions, with entry-level assistants processing paperwork or updating employee information, while more advanced workers manage job descriptions, perform accounting tasks or review benefits. In contrast, small to mid-sized companies might demand more of human resource assistants and clerks. Responsibilities may include:

    Six Sigma Certification for Human Resources

    HR can be called the working capital of the organization. But what are the areas where Six Sigma can be applied? How would it be possible to find the 3.4 parts?

    The explanation for this is the implementation of Six Sigma in functions that lead to employee satisfaction.

    Selection of Projects

    When organizations decide to undertake any Six Sigma projects for the HR department, it has to be ensured that there is good return on investment. The financial perspective and customer perspective is relevant, as are internal factors to consider and the goal to achieve organizational objectives.

    The HR function is not just restricted to trainings and certification handling for other Six Sigma projects in other areas of the organization. Six Sigma Certification can help find ways to satisfy the external customers as well as internal ones. Six Sigma can be useful to find employees with leadership qualities.

    Appropriate Six Sigma training categorizes the team into either Black Belts or Green Belts. However, the HR department should account for all this from their own database and not on the basis of data from other departments.

    Data collection may face some resistance, as there would be some power-based factors of the project. Additionally, upper management should assure teams of all departments that the data will not be used for any punitive action or to cut costs and jobs.

    Areas for Improvement Opportunities

    From the data collected, the HR department will find many areas where Six Sigma projects can be undertaken for implementation.

    Payroll administration systems can be considered. Faster performance review systems for job evaluations, setting up systems for automatic paycheck deposits, projects to establish criteria and eligibility systems for employee stock options and so on could be considered and carried out.

    Labor relations are also important, and the HR department has to handle issues such as absenteeism, indiscipline, union negotiations, drug abuse and alcoholism. HR is also responsible for dispute resolutions of various types such as harassment, discrimination and so on. DFSS process design can be implemented for discipline and other areas for improvement.

    A website can be developed with proper study of the problem areas of absenteeism and disputes, which can act as a discreet communication medium for all employees. Systems can be put into place to undertake discrimination and harassment compliance audits.

    There are some legal issues which also need to be considered by the HR department regarding matters such as privacy of personal information, employee handbook publication and FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), which need accurate tracking to keep the details of all the employees updated.

    The handbook can be utilized as an area for employees to have their questions sorted out, at least at an initial level.

    There are also other areas for organizational development to bring about improvements in performance, workplace planning, and career planning and importantly employee satisfaction. Surveys and publication of the results of the ongoing improvements can help get good results.

    There are other areas, such as staff selection and retentions, undertaking training, employee orientation’s programs, provision for external education that need to be taken care of.

    There are many projects possible for improvements in the work system. It is the internal customer, the employees, who should be considered when undertaking Six Sigma projects in the HR department.

    The following are a sample pro-life rebuttals to common pro-choice arguments. Please note that wording is presented here in a casual, conversational style to reflect the natural manner of speaking that one might have in a face-to-face conversation with pro-choice friends, relatives, classmates or co-workers. If dialoguing with somebody in writing, the wording, grammar and/or tone might have to be modified.

    Pro-choice argument #1:
    Pro-lifers want to take away women s rights.

    Pro-life answer:
    #1. We support women s rights. We re all for choice too. so long as you don t kill anybody. Your argument begs the question, however – does abortion kill an innocent human being? If not, then there is no moral or ethical problem. If however, abortion represents the killing of an innocent member of the human family, it is immoral, unethical and cannot be justified. There is no such thing as a right to kill innocent people.
    # 2. Fifty percent of unborn children are girls. The unborn female has a body that is separate to that of her mother. She has her own unique DNA. Her genetic code directs the development and growth of her own body, from the moment of conception. Therefore, one out of every two abortions takes away the rights of a woman. It takes away her right to control her own body. It takes away her right to choose anything in the future. It takes away a right more fundamental than the right to choose – the right to not be killed.

    Pro-choice argument #2:
    Women will die of unsafe abortions if we make it illegal.

    Pro-life answer:
    #1. That argument begs the question – is it ok for society to sanction child-murder just because some people might do it anyway? Should we legalize rape so the government can make it safer and cleaner? Should we legalize the underground trade in sex slaves to regulate and make it safer?
    #2. That is a myth concocted by the abortion industry. Before its legalization, most illegal abortions were already committed in doctor s offices by physicians. Dr. Bernard Nathanson, the co-founder of the National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL), admits that he and other abortion industry leaders invented figures to make the claim that thousands of women are dying annually from unsafe abortions. They did this in order to win public sympathy for legalization.
    #3. It s possible that more women are dying today as a result of legal abortion than were dying before its legalization in 1969. Abortion surgery and abortifacient pills like RU-486 do sometimes result in death from continued bleeding or infection. Studies also show a correlation between abortion-choice and suicide. Want to keep women from dying? End the abortion culture and support your neighbour through her pregnancy.

    Pro-choice argument #3:
    Religion should not influence our laws.

    1. That statement begs a more fundamental question – what is the unborn? If the unborn is in fact a human being, then we can t permit abortion simply on the basis that Christianity opposes it.
    2. Laws against murder and stealing are based on the 10 Commandments. Which one of these would you like to toss? The truth is that killing children in utero violates the natural law, not just Christian teaching.
    3. If something is true, it remains true, regardless of who agrees with it. Should we stop teaching times tables in school because the Church agrees with arithmetic? The nature of the unborn is key in this debate, not who are the groups debating it.

    Pro-choice argument #4:
    What about compassion for young women whose lives will be ruined by an unwanted pregnancy?

    Pro-life answer: #1. That statement begs a deeper question – what is the unborn? If the unborn is in fact a human being, we cannot choose one person s convenience over another person s life. The inherent right to not be killed always ranks higher than the alleged right to be free from hardship or inconvenience.
    #2. It is false to suggest that their future educational and career goals must end because one becomes pregnant. With the choice of adoption and the many support programs which exist today, young women or teens can postpone their educational plans but still achieve them.

    Pro-choice argument #5:
    It s cruel to force a woman to carry a pregnancy which was the result of rape.

    Pro-life answer: #1. The Supreme Court has said that the death penalty is cruel and unusual punishment for rapists and that rapists don t deserve the death penalty. I don t think the innocent child conceived in rape deserves the death penalty for the crimes of her father. It seems to me that is cruel and unusual punishment.
    #2. Rape victims are 4 times more likely to die within the next year after the abortion, with a higher rate of suicide, murder, drug overdose, etc. As someone who really cares about rape victims, I want to protect them from the rapist, and from the abortion. A baby is not the worst thing that could ever happen to a rape victim an abortion is. We need to educate the public on the truth in this matter and not make public policy based on myth and misinformation.
    #3. Rape victims choose abortion at half the rate of the average unplanned pregnancy, which is over 50%. Only 15-25% of rape victims choose abortion, depending on the study. The majority of rape victims choose to raise her child not the rapist s baby HER child.
