With Folder HelpDesk a workgroup can collaborate on tickets inside Outlook.

The application is installed in a shared mailbox or public folder, where you see rows of open tickets.

Propane, also known as liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), or autogas, is considered an alternative fuel under the Energy Policy Act of 1992. According to the Propane Education and Research Council, there are more than 143,000 on-road propane vehicles in the United States. Many are used in fleet applications, such as school buses, shuttles, and police vehicles.

The availability of new light- and medium-duty propane vehicles has surged in recent years, especially for fleet use. Propane vehicles can either be OEM vehicles or conversions. Engines and fueling systems are also available for heavy-duty vehicles, such a street sweepers and school buses, including some prep-ready engines from original equipment manufacturers.

Types of Propane Vehicles

There are two types of propane vehicles: dedicated and bi-fuel. Dedicated propane vehicles are designed to run only on propane, while bi-fuel propane vehicles have two separate fueling systems that enable the vehicle to use either propane or gasoline.

A propane vehicle’s power, acceleration, and cruising speed are similar to those of conventionally-fueled vehicles. The driving range for dedicated and bi-fuel vehicles is also comparable. Extra storage tanks can increase range, but the tank size and additional weight affect payload capacity.

Potentially lower maintenance costs are one reason behind propane’s popularity for use in light- and medium-duty vehicles, such as trucks and taxis, and for heavy-duty vehicles, such as school buses. Propane’s high octane rating (104 to 112 compared with 87 to 92 for gasoline) combined with its low carbon and low oil contamination characteristics may result in longer engine life. Propane performs well cold weather climates because the fuel’s mixture (propane and air) is completely gaseous.

Compared to vehicles fueled with conventional diesel and gasoline, propane vehicles can produce lower amounts of harmful tailpipe emissions. depending on vehicle type and drive cycle.

How Propane Vehicles Work

Propane vehicles work much like gasoline-powered vehicles with spark-ignited engines. Propane is stored as a liquid in a relatively low-pressure tank (about 150 pounds per square inch). In vapor injected systems, liquid propane travels along a fuel line into the engine compartment. The supply of propane to the engine is controlled by a regulator or vaporizer, which converts the liquid propane to a vapor. The vapor is fed to a mixer located near the intake manifold, where it is metered and mixed with filtered air before being drawn into the combustion chamber where it is burned to produce power, just like gasoline. Liquid propane injection engines do not vaporize the propane. These systems have also proven reliable in terms of power, engine durability, and cold starting.

Applications are currently being accepted for the Class of April 2019 (January 2018, start date). The application deadline is June 30, 2017 for the class entering in January 2018.

Classes are tentatively scheduled to begin on January 8, 2018. Approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing, the curriculum reflects a 16-month nursing program (60 weeks of instruction with breaks throughout), with a requirement of four (4) pre-requisite college credit* courses completed prior to entry, for a potential total of 20 months leading to a diploma in nursing.

To be considered for January 2018, admission, all pre-requisites need to be successfully completed (with a C (2.0) or better) by a date to be determined. An official transcript showing proof of completion must be received by the Washington Health System School of Nursing prior to the start of orientation to begin enrollment with the cohort of students in May 2017.

*Pre-requisite college credits include: Human Anatomy (or Anatomy and Physiology I) with lab, Human Physiology (or Anatomy and Physiology II) with lab, English Composition, and Developmental Psychology. NOTE: All science credits (Anatomy and Physiology) must have been completed within the past five years, as well from the same institution.

The admission procedure includes the ATI TEAS examination with a minimum Academic Preparedness Level of Proficiency with a score of greater than or equal to 65% being recommended. If the ATI TEAS is taken a second time, the higher score will be considered. Applications are also currently being accepted for the Class of 2019 (January, 2018, start date). The deadline for applications and receipt of final transcripts to be determined.

Hampton Cove


The northern gateway to the Trail is Hampton Cove in Huntsville, a 54-hole facility with terrain that drastically changes from one side of the property to the other.

Renovated in 2008, The Highlands course has been restored to its orginal Scottish Links design. Completely opposite in design is the River course, the only Robert Trent Jones layout without a single bunker. The River Course is a throwback to the way courses were built long ago. The dirt was merely pushed up to create the greens and tees, leaving all else, including massive oak trees, undisturbed.


The Highlands course is one of the gems of the Trail. The finishing holes are scenic and challenging. One of the most recognizable landmarks on the Trail is the old mule barn beside the fifth hole.

RIVER Course Tour

The River course is laid out on former soybean fields in the flood plain of the Flint River. With water on 16 of the 18 holes, the River course will challenge your shot-making ability.


The Short Course is open and links-like, with water in play on 11 holes and a large double green accommodating the 10th and 17th greens. Alternating tees allow golfers to hit every club in their bag.

    Purpose of Position:

    The Data Center Technician provides an overall focus on positive pro-active end-user customer service through phone, email, face-to-face, and our internal case management systems. Monitors all business-critical systems and escalates issues accordingly. Maintaining accurate logs of incoming and outgoing customer equipment and ensuring facility cleanliness.

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

    • This position is for a night shift 6pm-6am and includes working on Holidays that fall into that shift.
    • Create and maintain effective customer relationships, with customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal.
    • Answering customer phone calls and emails from clients requesting technical assistance.
    • Manage ticket queue and resolve/escalate as necessary for efficient and effective resolution.
    • Troubleshooting complex technical issues in a fast-paced data center environment. Resolve or escalate to on-call or engineering support staff as necessary.
    • Perform computer/server hardware builds, hardware replacement and software support.
    • Perform daily inspections and reporting of all critical infrastructure systems (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, etc.)
    • Administration of building security systems and processes, CCTV, sign-in procedures for all data center customers, visitors, third parties and escorting them to designated work location.
    • Handle all customer and internal shipping logs and maintaining facility cleanliness.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of all products, processes and systems.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    • Ability to install and troubleshoot DS1, DS3, Ethernet and dark fiber circuits are a plus.
    • Familiarity with basic hardware troubleshooting tasks, replacing hard drives, memory and motherboards.
    • Knowledge of switches, firewalls and managed storage are a plus.
    • Cabling experience (Fiber, Coax, and Ethernet) is a plus.
    • Responsibility and dependability are a must!
    • Candidates must have reliable transportation.
    • Trustworthy and ability to work honestly with little or no supervision, if necessary.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge and skills immediately.
    • Ability to assess situations and escalate properly, following internal procedures.
    • Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
    • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

    Working Conditions:

    This position requires the applicant to be able to work any of the shifts as part of a 24X7 coverage rotation.The ability to sit for prolonged periods in front of a computer is required. Work is done in an area where normal office noise and occasional construction noise is present. Dirt, dust and grease may be present. Work is occasionally conducted in an outside environment such as a dock, on the roof and in equipment enclosures.

    (May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays as shift rotations require)

    East-West Center Graduate Degree Fellowship at University of Hawai in USA, 2017

    East-West Center is inviting applications for graduate degree fellowship. This fellowship is available for students from Asia, the Pacific and the USA to participate in the educational, residential and leadership development programs at the East-West Center while pursuing graduate study at the University of Hawai.

    The overreaching aim of establishing the East-West Center was to transform the public higher education to improve quality and efficiency of teaching and learning, creating a world-class higher learning institution.

    The East-West Center promotes better relations and understanding among the people and nations of the United States, Asia, and the Pacific through cooperative study, research, and dialogue.

    GRE and GMAT scores are required by some University of Hawai‘i academic programs. Because the Center is responsible for submitting applicant’s application to the University they need to submit their official GRE or GMAT score report to the East-WestCenter in order to complete their UH application. Official GRE and GMAT score reports should reach EWC by mid-January so as not to delay the UH admission process.

    Course Level: Fellowships support graduate study (Master’s or Doctoral degree) at the University of Hawai in the USA.

    Study Subject: Fellowships are awarded in fields relevant to the goals and objectives of the East-West Center.

    Scholarship Award: The graduate degree fellowship covers the cost of tuition and fees, books, housing in an East-West Center dormitory and partial funding toward meals, health insurance, and incidental expenses. Funding for field study and conference presentations is offered on a competitive basis during the fellow s period of study.

    My father has been doing rehab at this facility recently. I have found the staff to be caring, kind and available to answer any of my questions or concerns. The dietary staff has been eager to work with me on my father’s likes and dislikes and I found the CNA’s to be knowledgeable and attentive to my dad’s condition and needs. The facility is due for a renovation, but the facility is clean and the hands on care is good.

    My friend is now there. She had this beautiful quilt, hand made which was taken to the so called storage when admitted to hospital. When she was returned to the facility the beautiful quilt was never returned, some of her clothes were not returned either. I went to office and spoke with the girl at the office, spoke with the lady which cleaned the room of her belonging, I was taken to a rack where clothes of patients are being held. Names on clothing do not help clothes are being given to other people. The rugs are dirty and smelly they are old and should be replaced. Beds are not equipped properly, patients can easily get off when they shouldn’t. This is because the beds do not have the railings it should have. They have alarms on the beds and mats on the floor and when a patient that shouldn’t get up gets up the alarms goes off and it takes forever before a CNA or nurse appears. There is a lack of communication between nurses, doctors and family members. I asked a question regarding blood testing. The response I received from a nurse who couldn’t read the lab results very well were astonishing. I could go on but I think that gives you an idea of some of the things which should be looked at. It is an abuse if personal property is taken and not returned. They need more help for all the patients they have. Some of the CNA Nurses are awesome but so short handed to do the work they would like to do.

    This facility does not have enough CNA staff to meet the needs of the resident. During meal times we have to wait over an hour if our family member needs to be changed or moved. If we want to put our family member in a wheel chair, we can not do it when close to meal time or if we return during meal time our family member has to sit in the wheel chair until all the meals are passed out and those that can not feed themselves are fed. Also the one CNA assigned to your room may go on break right after meal service which will delay any further help, they don’t offer to get a floater, if there is one, to help. My assestment is they are low staffed even though they say they meet the state requirements, the staff they have are doing the job of 2 people and therefore the family member suffers while waiting for help.

    This place is awful. I would never send anyone here (unless I wanted to kill them ha) The staff is incompetent and don’t like their jobs, and how can I blame them for that. I’m told the DON and this woman Linda something or another are THE WORST. The staff hate them and so they don’t take care of their patients. Working here is a career killer, would NEVER step foot in the place. It smells and might as well be shut down because really are they helping people. probably as much as a dog chasing its tail.

    Volcano Types

    The U.S. Geological Survey estimates that there are about 65 active volcanoes in the United States and its territories. The Dynamic maps viewer (shown at right) provides an interactive presentation of potentially active volcanoes in the 48 continguous states.

    Volcanoes are distinguished by their eruption style, composition, and structure. Volcanoes act differently and form differently because they are made up of different types of rocks and minerals. Below is a description of common volcano types that can be recognized as distinguishable land formations.

    For more than 200 years keen observers have noted that some volcanic eruptions affect weather and climate. Scientists report that large eruptions at low latitudes can cause the greatest global climate change. Weaker eruptions send their eruptive materials only into the troposphere, where wind and rain quickly remove them. High latitude eruptions send their materials into only one hemisphere.

    Based on this information and the nature of different volcano types presented below, do you think that certain types of volcanoes are more likely to cause climate change when they erupt?     Volcanoes have many shapes and sizes, but the following three types are most important: stratovolcanoes, shields, and supervolcanoes. Use the Dynamic map tool to find further illustrations of volcanoes described in this overview of volcano types.

    Stratovolcanoes (Composite Volcanoes)

    Many of Earth’s most beautiful mountains are stratovolcanoes also referred to as composite volcanoes. The stratovolcanoes are made up of layers of lava flows interlayed with sand- or gravel-like volcanic rock called cinders or volcanic ash. These volcano land formations are typically 10-20 miles across and up to 10,000 or more feet tall. This type of volcano has steeper slopes of 6-10 degrees on its flanks and as much as a 30 degree slope near the top. Stratovolcanoes show interlayering of lava flows and typically up to 50 percent pyroclastic material, which is why they are sometimes called composite volcanoes.

    Pyroclastic flows are high-density mixtures of hot, dry rock fragments and hot gases that move away from the vent that erupted them at high speeds. They may result from the explosive eruption of molten or solid rock fragments, or both. They may also result from the nonexplosive eruption of lava when parts of dome or a thick lava flow collapses down a steep slope. Most pyroclastic flows consist of two distinguishable flowing mixtures: a basal flow of coarse fragments that moves along the ground and a turbulent cloud of ash that rises above the basal flow. Ash may fall from this cloud over a wide area downwind from the pyroclastic flow.

    Through a competitive solicitation process, the Florida Department of Children and Families chose Correct Care Recovery Solutions to transition SFETC from public to private management in 2005. Correct Care Recovery Solutions subsequently developed, designed, and built a state-of-the-art replacement facility that was completed in 2008.


    SFETC embraces recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care for all patients. The recovery model promotes patient choice and tailors treatment to meet individual needs based on the assessments of a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Support of family, friends, or other individuals selected by the patient are encouraged to participate.


    SFETC provides evidence-based, trauma-informed behavioral health services to individuals found incompetent to proceed to trial and not guilty by reason of insanity. Services include individualized assessment, multidisciplinary treatment planning, psychiatric services, competency restoration, integrated treatment for co-occurring psychiatric and substance disorders, court reports, court testimony, psychosocial rehabilitation, discharge planning, medical care, pharmacy, food/nutrition, facility maintenance, transportation, and safety/security.

    SFETC has developed processes for ensuring respect for patient rights, prevention of abuse, neglect and exploitation, the virtual elimination of seclusion and restraint, and effective linkages to the community, legal system, state psychiatric facilities, and other agencies.

    SFETC Doctoral Psychology Internship Program:

    The SFETC Doctoral Psychology Internship Program is a member of the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC) and participates in the APPIC Internship Matching Program. Applications and the Applicant Agreement can be obtained from the APPIC website. Our program code is 1218. We have four funded Doctoral Psychology Internship positions. Our program is not currently accredited by the American Psychological Association. The Department of Psychology consists of six full-time licensed psychologists, two full-time postdoctoral psychology residents, and four full-time doctoral psychology interns. The Director of Psychology, Clinical Training, and Forensic Services has oversight of the SFETC Doctoral Psychology Internship Program. The SFETC Doctoral Psychology Internship Program aims at developing doctoral psychology interns who can integrate practice with science, show multicultural sensitivity, and provide high-quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions to adults facing forensic issues and severe and persistent mental illness in a hospital-based setting. SFETC provides treatment using a multidisciplinary psychiatric rehabilitation model based on a philosophy of Illness Management Recovery. The intern functions broadly as a clinical practitioner. The internship follows a sequential, cumulative, and increasingly complex training process so that interns can effectively acquire profession-wide competencies. Training is accomplished through clinical experiences, supervision, observation, and didactic trainings. Training activities include assessment, diagnosis, report writing, group interventions (DBT and competency-restoration), participation in multi-disciplinary teams, individual therapy, individual competency restoration, didactic trainings, writing specialized behavior plans, and observations of court testimony.     In 1946, Jack Deibel opened one of the nation s first facilities for the treatment of alcoholism. In 1947, Mr. Deibel turned this pioneering program over to the nonprofit Youngstown Committee on Alcoholism, and its founder and first Executive Director, Neil Kennedy. Operating for years as the Alcoholic Clinic of Youngstown, the center later expanded its focus to include treatment of both alcohol and other drug dependencies, and added new programs and services.

    In 1999, the Neil Kennedy Recovery Centers became a part of Gateway Rehab and added outpatient facilities in Austintown and Howland, Ohio. Today, treatment services are accredited by The Joint Commission and certified by Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services

    This position is located in Austintown, Ohio at our Neil Kennedy Recovery Centers and is responsible for the planning, directing and delivery of treatment and case management for assigned clients. The hours for this position will be determined with need.

    1. Plans, directs, and ensures the delivery of treatment of assigned clients.
    2. Completes the psychosocial assessment and up date level of care assessment.
    3. Facilitates chemical dependency education groups.
    4. Conducts individual and group therapy.
    5. Provides family therapy when needed.
    6. Plans for the continuing care of clients.
    7. Maintains client records; including progress notes, discharge summaries, mid-treatment reviews or change of treatment documentation and required documentation.
    8. Generates progress reports and continued stay reviews for other providers and payors.

    Qualifying Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

    1. Bachelor degree in social work, psychology or related field required; masters preferred.
    2. Social Work or Counseling licensure required.
    3. One year with experience with chemical dependency preferred.
    4. Group and individual therapy skills required.
    5. If working with adolescents, knowledge of adolescent growth and development required.
    6. Knowledge of the 12 Step program preferred.

    Configuring DHCP and WDS

    During a WDS client s boot process, the normal DHCP traffic occurs. The client broadcasts for an IP address to port UDP 67. Traditionally, only DHCP listened on port UDP 67, but now WDS also listens on port UDP 67 (more on this in a second). When the DHCP server hears the request, it makes an offer. The offer contains an IP address, subnet mask, and any DHCP options you might have set. The client then requests that the DHCP server assign the offerred IP address to the client s MAC address. Lastly, an acknowledgment is broadcast by the DHCP server that for the next eight days (if you keep the defaults) the offerred IP address is assigned to the client. But wait it s not done and this is where it gets interesting from a WDS perspective. The client sends out that first broadcast packet again (technically it s called a discover packet). The DHCP server responds with another offer, but this offer is used to find the WDS server. So what happens when you have WDS and DHCP running on the same server? They can t both listen on port UDP 67 right? Let s look at the three different scenarios for configuring DHCP to help clients find the WDS server.

    Scenario 1: WDS and DHCP are running on different servers but on the same subnet so broadcasts are not a problem: As long as the client deploying an image from the WDS server and the WDS server are on the same subnet and different servers, everything works fine with no DHCP options configured.

    Scenario 2: WDS and DHCP running on different servers that are on different subnets (broadcasting would be problematic because most enviornments don t allow broadcast traffic to cross subnets: for the WDS client to find the WDS server you ll need to configure two DHCP options option 66 and option 67. Option 66 is the Boot Server Host Name. In the string value of this option type the name or IP address of the WDS server (I like IP address no name resolution issues.) Option 67 is the Bootfile Name, and the string value should contain the name of the file you want your clients to boot. For 32-bit clients use boot\x86\pxeboot.com, and for 64-bit clients use boot\x64\pxeboot.com.

    Scenario 3: WDS and DHCP are installed on the same server: You must tell WDS not to listen on port UDP 67, leaving it available for DHCP traffic only. But then how does the client find the WDS server? You set option 60 in DHCP.

    If you install WDS on a server that s already running DHCP, during the configuration of WDS the DHCP Option 60 page will appear, and you can select both Do not listen on port 67 and Configure DHCP option 60 to PXEClient . If you install DHCP on a machine that already has WDS installed, you must manually enable option 60 in DHCP.

    Configuring DHCP Options

    You set DHCP options in the DHCP snap-in found in Server Manager. Expand IPV4, and then if you want to set a Server option, right-click Server Options and choose Configure Options. For a Scope option, expand your scope, right-click Scope Options and choose Configure Options. On the General tab, select the 060 PXEClient check box. For options 66 and 67, scroll down to find 066 Boot Server Host Name. When you select this check box, the String value field in the Data entry box opens. Type in either the IP address or the name of your WDS server. Option 67 is similar to option 66; if you select the 067 Bootfile Name check box, the String value field in the Data entry box opens. Type the name of the file you want your clients to boot. I found these file names in the WDS snap-in/properties of the WDS server/Boot tab. Be sure to get the entire path: boot\x86\pxeboot.com for 32-bit clients and boot\x64\pxeboot.com for 64 bit clients.

    So you’ve been handed responsibility for investigating the benefits of potentially outsourcing your company’s customer service for the first time. How do you start to compare your in-house apples to those outsourced oranges? What math should go into the business case around call center outsourcing costs?     Let’s break it down to the basics.

    1. Understanding an “agent hour.”
    In-house, you are paying for 100% of an agent hour. In an outsourced model, typically, you are paying only for productive agent time.

    You aren’t paying for an agent to be waiting for a call. You aren’t paying for coffee breaks or even coaching time. Generally speaking, you could expect a call center agent to be productive for 85% of an hour.

    Let’s take a real life example. A Level One Tech Support Agent working in Dallas, Texas will cost his employer about $30USD per hour, loaded. As his employer, you pay 100% of that hour. With an outsourced call center model, using a productivity projection of 85%, that same agent will cost you $25.50 per hour. A savings of 15% right off the top. Before we even get to the good stuff.

    2. Realizing a reduction in FTE.
    Successful contact center outsourcers have deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and managing for maximum efficiency. In addition, a great contact center partner will:

      • Offer leading-edge call center technology for efficient call distribution,
      • Manage time-shiftable tasks for maximum efficiency,
      • Cross-train to maximize efficient staffing for peaks and valleys,
      • Utilize shared pool options for lower volume hours of operations.

    And the over-all result will be a reduction in FTE with no loss of service or quality. When calculating call center outsourcing costs for your business case, it is generally safe to assume, you will realize at least a 5% reduction in FTE.

    The per agent hour rate your contact partner charges typically includes associated management costs. In a Blue Ocean solution, for example, your coaches and project management costs are included in that agent hour or per minute rate.

    On-going technology costs are also generally included. In fact, we often see companies choosing to outsource when the need arises to invest in a new or existing technology platform. Essentially, this represents risk mitigation. In a call center outsourcing model, your partner is shouldering the risks of managing both human and technology resources.
