Geoff Griffiths. Customer Services Director
Geoff has worked in a computing environment for nearly 30 years. His career began as an accountant, but that role never quite brought him enough challenges. Unfulfilled, Geoff worked his way up swiftly up the ladder, to company secretary, a position he held for two years before progressing to financial director, which he held for a further five years. He had a keen eye for business strategy, company progression and high quality customer service became the most rewarding elements of his work. The natural progression was to found his own company, something he did in 1989, beginning Topaz, which was later acquired by Safe Computing. Geoff s business began with just six people, but steadily grew to a prosperous 40 employees with designated premises, now the Nottingham branch of Safe. In joining, Topaz brought to Safe some market leading blue chip customers, such as Archer Daniels Midland, Allied Mills, CLS, and Imperial Tobacco. Acquired by Safe in August 2008, Geoff is proud to continue his work as part of the Safe group, maintaining a high standard of quality for customer service.
