This place left a terrible taste in my mouth. I had been looking for a new Jeep for a couple of months, and found a beautiful Jeep Cherokee at an insane price (of course accompanied with several disclaimers). I had been in contact with the dealership about the availability of the Cherokee. I called the dealership the day I planned to make the trip there (March 31st) to check if this particular Cherokee was still available, as the dealership is a solid hour plus away from my house. Yes it is still available, come check it out! Great, I m on my way. I get down there an hour and a half later, and ask about the vehicle. Ohhhhhhh uhhhhhh, no I don t think it is. Are you joking me. Okay, can you show me a similar vehicle. Spent the next hour looking around their lot, with the guy giving me practically nothing to work with. So, we went back to the sales person s desk..
I told them what I owed, what I wanted to drive (Cherokee, Patriot, or Renegade ANYTHING but a Compass, and no white cars) and what I wanted to pay monthly. They offered me a disgraceful $7,000 (ultimately got $12,500 from another dealership) for my Infiniti which was insulting to be honest. I then spent another hour, after being there for an hour already and getting absolutely no where, as his manager looked at my car some more. Eventually the sales person went outside then came back in and motioned for me to come here.. I walked over, and parked next to my Infiniti was a white Jeep Compass, as he proceeded to say to me. With your equity, all you could afford is a Compass, would you be interested in this? I almost cracked up cause I thought it was a joke, as I had noted several times while talking to him NO white cars, and NO Compass. I took my keys back and drove towards home after wasting 4 hours of my time. Long story short, I met my parents at Quirk Jeep in Braintree, and after 3 or so hours of negotiating I walked away with a brand new 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4×4 WELL within the terms I gave your dealership. Not only did I purchase a car that night, My parents purchased a brand new 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited as soon as my deal was done.
I left Imperial Jeep a tad bit insulted, and angry at myself for wasting so much time on a gimmick sales price. Happy Quirk Jeep in Braintree took me a bit more seriously, and put not only me in the car I wanted (I ll give you a hint, it wasn t a white Compass) but my parents as well.
Bottom line: I would drive to Pennsylvania to look at a car before I went back to Imperial.
