Recommended Reviews for Imperial Chevrolet Sales
Mike Penner, Bruce D Ambra and Ed Connors have to be the greatest team I have ever worked with buying a car. They all went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% satisified and they went above and beyond. I will continue to purchase cars from Imperial and recommend my friends and family.
Was in on Sunday August 2nd. First time to Imperial and defiantly the last.
Salesman Colby was extremely difficult to work with. Pretty much laughed in my face when we refused to take the two thousand below KBB for my trade in he offered. That on top of refusing to negotiate anything off the sticker price of the car we were looking at.
After much back and forth Colby went to his higher up who s name I didn t get. A older gentleman with glasses silver hair. A complete unprofessional who flat out said I m not here to make your day better! And proceeded to laugh when we refused to take what he was offering for a trade in price. Saying there was no way we would ever get what we were asking for! We left. Simply if not other reason from their unprofessionalism. A deal could of been made had they been interested in selling a car. Clearly that s not what their interested in doing.
Drove to Ira Toyota in Milford. Worked with Ritchie in Sales and Chris in Finance. Told them about our experience and they said we here that all the time about Imperial.
Wouldn t you know Ira offered me 1,700 ABOVE the KBB value for my car. Not to mention we got a significant deal knocked off the sticker price. Also purchases a 1 year newer vehicle then I was looking at at Imperial.
All in all I highly recommend you save your sanity and time and just cruise right past Imperial and head down to Ira.
Sorry Imperial. If your staff had been interested in selling a car that day they could have. Clearly laughing at potential buyers is more important. Ah well. You lost a customer and any recommendations from this family. Oh ya you also lost the $2,000 cash downpayment we had.
