If you scan past tripadvisor posts you will see that using intermediary agencies can be risky- sometimes there is no car or unexplained extra charges whereas Carhire3000 seem honest and are based in the north of England so you can ring them or email them to check rental conditions such as fuelling charges (you usually get a full tank and return it full to avoid paying for unused petrol or diesel) or the usual 39 Euro one-way drop off charge if you return the car to a separate airport. (payable locally).
